W.A.S.P. - The Neon God Part 1

I had not even thought about the band W.A.S.P. in a very long time until I saw a couple of glowing reviews for this CD and decided to check it out. This is part one of a two part concept album. Blackie Lawless is taking the concept album form to another level with this CD. Included in the linear notes are about 10 pages of background story. (Maybe other bands have done this but this is the first time I have seen it) In fact the album is structured almost like an opera with the opening overture containing the themes and riffs from all the important songs. A very cool album to say the least.
