The White Stripes - Elephant

I remembering thinking the first time that I heard The White Stripes that it was bold move to just have guitars, drums and vocals. It was very cool to hear some one strip it down to the three most crucial parts of a rock band and slam it out. Elephant is the fourth Whites Stripes album, and the follow up to the hugely successful White Blood Cells. Have they progressed any? I am not sure. They have their niche and I am not sure if there is any reason to tweak it, which I think is their mindset. If you liked them before you are going to like this album.
