Strapping Young Lad - City

Devin Townsend the leader of Strapping Young Lad is the Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle) of metal. He is an absolute lunatic and if you don't get his humor you may think he is an absolute moron. SYL's music is a more metal and technically proficient version of the Ministry sound and City perfectly highlights what this band is capable of. As always drummer extraordinare Gene Hoglan is the foundation that everything is built upon. (I have seen them live and he plays every beat)
