Places is definitely one of the more interesting comedies to come
out of the 1980's. Not only is it drop dead funny, but it deals
with some of its issues in an upfront way that many dramas wouldn't
have the guts to do. Both Dan Akroyd and Eddie Murphy do great
turns in their respective role swaps. Murphy is especially funny
once he is given a home and job and wants to protect his new wealth
and home from his old friends. Being that I picked this up for
$7.99 this is a no brainer to add to your collection.
